Shaun Coffey

I’ve been playing cricket ever since Johnny Coffs forced me to play kiwi cricket. After playing all my junior cricket for Burnside I went on to play for Papanui High School and St Andrews College. After leaving school I spent a half season with Old Boys Collegians before joining my fellow smurfs at LPW.

I played my first senior game for OBC against Riccarton playing a classic marathon innings scoring 50 or so to help them save the game. The highlight in my career is definitely taking my first wicket (Mark Harding you poor bastard), closely followed by winning the club champs and all that jazz.

In 2009 I completed my Bachelor of Environmental Management at Lincoln University, I love the place so much I plan on doing another two years to gain a Master of Environmental Policy. This was much to the disgust of Johnny Coffs who isn’t a fan of me possibly hanging around the house for another two years.
